I once wrote a program to do this automatically - either for a single file or for all files but I no longer know where it is. You will need to use the TCL command LISTINDEX to find out which files have indexes and then for each file list all the indexes and write them down. Then run the TCL command RUNMENU INDEXING There are different index options you need to run depending on the index type you are creating. Each index will need to be done separately.
