AREV conversion to J2EE

Hi All, Does anyone know if it is possible to convert existing AREV code to J2EE compliance(Silverstream, WebSphere, Message Queueing, Oracle, EJB)? I'm searching for resources to do this type of conversion, but I'm not sure it it has been done before.
