I was trying to help set up a label printer during some consulting work recently, and was using AREV's printer setup tools. When I hit F9 to save a new printer on LPT2, I got an error that said save_printer_info could not be executed because it could not be found. I can find no reference to save_printer_info anywhere. Is this some sort of system subroutine? Do the users have a corrupted version of AREV (3.0, I believe)? Is there any way to work around this?
